Holly great to see you have such independent children, and you are happy to let them make their own way - a rare gift.

Maltersers causing a problem? The sugar?

yes definitely sugar n fat combo causes more frequent loo trips and butt burn but not always...no rhyme or reason! Never a great problem when out as I just hold on...brain/bottom says no! But when at home brain/bottom says frequent trips...if that makes sense:) As I said I've never had an accident.

Kids 33 & 31 now...how did that happen? So long spread their wings! So I'm out in Abu Dhabi in a few weeks for a month but bit hot for me.

Anyway I'm off skiing on Sunday with hubby and son (no fiancée ...fractured ankle). Fred always good with Vin Chaud as well used to it by now!

Stay well you lot x
